Before completing an application be sure you have reviewed and will accept the parade guidelines. If children 6 and under plan to participate, it’s a Town of Leesburg requirement that you must provide either strollers, wagons, floats, or other vehicles for them to be in the parade.
Please note that registered groups are limited to 2 vehicles per entry, unless you are police, fire, or other emergency organizations. Automotive groups like antique cars or car clubs may have a maximum of 5 vehicles in the parade.
Submit your entry by Wednesday, October 14th at the latest. We discourage same-day registration because it significantly complicates coordination with the Town of Leesburg Police Department.
